All new for 2021, the GP1800R SVHO has been completely re-designed from the waterline up to to ensure the world's #1 race ski continues to dominate the race circuit and your mates in 2021.
Who would have thought that the world's most successful race ski could get any better. Well it has!
We have worked with the world's leading pros to take the GP1800R to the next level including new race ready tilt-adjustable exposed handle bars, new intake grate and jet pump for enhanced acceleration, deeper and wider self draining footwells and a new narrower seat profile for improved rider ergonomics.
This craft not only looks more muscular but has the performance characteristics to suit. The 2021 GP1800R SVHO comes with an industry first automatic trim system with Cornering Control and Launch Control, bringing new levels of handling and performance to racers and recreational riders alike. When engaged, Cornering Control automatically shifts the trim into the bow down position when decelerating for tighter cornering and a racy feel. Launch Control automatically shifts the trim down to prevent bow rise when accelerating quickly. Combine this with a new hull liner that moves the craft’s centre of gravity back 80mm, the 2021 GP1800R SVHO is more nimble and agile than ever before.
Other technology enhancements include a new 4.3" Connext Helm Control with multi-colour LCD display, multi-mount system for attaching third party electronic devices and 15% more storage under the front hood, glovebox and seat.
Since its original release in 2017, the Yamaha GP1800R SVHO has completely dominated the Australian and World Pro Stock race scene. Pro Stock racing, also known as the 'Manufacturers Class', provides the best comparison of out-of-the-box performance of each manufacturers race ski offerings. From short course to long distance offshore endurance racing, no other watercraft model has achieved as many victories as the GP1800R SVHO over the last four years.
